Heart of Palm

begging
fang tooth bruise

the zest morphs into
one long circular peel

dropped from the sky, light,
feels new upon open palm

where the heart is
begging

Circuitous

consumed trace,
fingertip blush,
swerve round, mimic
winded feather float rush,
swirled heavy air,
curving undulation

melted fast,
born, estral heat,
ego fangs
bite the meat,
loving life's earthy ring,
we face, existence

ambient heart,
angst hemisphere
live in love,
love in fear
counter-clockwise, and
still, circuitous
